"There is more right with you than wrong."-John Kabat-Zinn I believe every individual has the ability to heal, allowing them to live their best life possible. My focus is working with adolescents and adults to help them work through past and present experiences making it difficult to live the life they desire. I am privileged to help individuals work through disturbing life events/stressors, depression, anxiety, grief, and anger. I have specialized training in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness . I specialize in helping individuals work through past trauma and disturbing life events to improve their quality of life. Client's have found peace and resolution from issues they are struggling with using these therapies. I have been in the helping profession working as a social worker in various capacities since 1994. I have a private practice as well as work as a mental health therapist for St. Luke's hospital. I am an adjunct professor for BSU (CSI campus) teaching for the MSW program.
