For over twenty-five years, I have been practicing in the field of psychotherapy. During this time, I have specialized in the treatment of both adults and children living with ADHD. I have also worked with many individuals and families dealing with depression, anxiety, and difficulty adjusting with changes, such as divorce and/or problems derived from relationships. I believe that individuals, families, and couples seek therapy for a variety of reasons. As a result, I conduct my sessions with my clients by listening with compassion and understanding, while providing honest and direct feedback that addresses each unique situation.
