My ideal client is a human being courageous enough to seek the help of a psychotherapist. I see my role as assisting this individual in uncovering strengths and strategies for overcoming the issues with which they present. If I had to name my "specialty" it would be to work with folks in a way that helps them to truly love and forgive themselves and that frees them to be happy in the world. Lots of work with examining old beliefs and developing newer, healthier ones. I have studied both the fields of psychology and social work as well as on going study of the spiritual influence on the psychological. I believe it is this combination that helps in expansion and thus growth.
