I have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I utilize a multifaceted approach to help my clients succeed. All of my therapy is individualized to you and your needs. I enjoy helping couples with relationship issues as well as helping individuals with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and sexual addictions. I am trained in the use of EMDR and hypnotherapy, as well as various counseling techniques, such as CBT. I believe the most important component of therapy is the relationship I build with my clients. I have specialized training to help overcome traumas, grief, and sexual addictions. I have experience working with military and law enforcement clients, as well as everyday people who have experienced pain or difficulties in their lives. I also utilize neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, which is a powerful tool for change. As the owner of Focus Mental Health Services, I have other therapists who have special training and experience in areas such as autism, attachment disorder, and learning disabilities.
