Do you ever feel like people try to talk you out of your feelings? Are you confused about or numb to your emotions? I work with individuals, couples and families to promote mental and emotional health throughout the life cycle. I believe emotional health is every bit as important as physical health. My counseling office is a place to be listened to; where no one tries to talk you out of your feelings. As a result, you feel validated, get feedback, and can often resolve the issues that brought you to counseling. My biggest passion is helping individuals, and their families, who are learning to live with a diagnosis of dementia. I want to support you and your family through the many transitions and decisions involved so you can continue to live a full, independent, meaningful life as long as possible.
