You may know what it's like to quietly struggle... to look okay but not feel okay. To the outside world it appears you're doing fine. Others might even look at you and see your success. But your experience is different. You feel afflicted. Whether it's a sexual addiction, a nagging thought or mood, or trouble in your most important relationship, there's something in your life that steals your joy. And contrary to what it looks like, you spend more time and energy just trying to get through the day than you'd like to admit. With a background in pastoral care and college student development I am well equipped to help you thrive and grow, inside and out. My hope is that through our work together you will find health and wholeness in the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual aspects of your life. My office is a place where you are heard, understood, and challenged. I give gentle but honest feedback and you will find that meeting with me is as non-threatening as talking with a trusted friend.
