Welcome to my practice where for over 25 years I have had to the privilege to work with many clients who are experiencing life challenges and are motivated to seek ways to resolve them. Making a decision to seek counseling or pursue life coaching is courageous and I take pride in personally responding in a timely manner to all clients. As a therapist and life coach, I will support your individual goals, be your champion during a turnaround, be your motivation when strong actions are needed and be your mentor in personal development. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing: grief and loss, depression, anxiety, compulsive eating, relationship issues, occupational stress, life transitions, school and college stress and woman's health concerns. I am an active listener who supports your goals to improve your quality of life, utilizing cognitive behavioral, interpersonal and life coaching approaches.
