I offer a variety of psychological services in an individualized manner to best meet the needs of those I work with. Through collaboration, we decide on what approach would work best for you and what we should focus on in treatment. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches in my work to help you to overcome the obstacles that are getting in the way of your current functioning and emotional well-being while supporting you to achieve your personal goals and live the life that you desire. I provide individual and family therapy and I have specialized training in working with children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. I also have specialized training in working with individuals of all ages who have a history of trauma, have PTSD, or have anxiety.
