Many men and women have inadvertently developed an unhealthy relationship to sex through various compulsive behaviors, one which leaves them feeling isolated, guilty, ashamed, and often anxious and depressed about their helplessness to control their behavior. This behavior invariably leads to lost time, lost money, lost relationships and loss of self-esteem. There is, however, an effective way out of this painful cycle. Whether you are the person with these compulsive behaviors or the significant other, I can help you find healing and recovery and help you to restore your relationship. Though I typically treat compulsive sexual behaviors (addiction) and partners of sexual addiction, I also have over 20 years of experience in treating trauma-based disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, coping deficits, relationship issues, conflict resolution, family of origin issues, ACOA issues, alcohol/drug dependency, eating disorders, and dealing with narcissism.
