As the founder of The Healing Arts Center of Richmond, I believe in a strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy and wellness. I specialize in individual, couples, and group therapy working with clients who want to grow, heal, and reach their greatest potential. I have specialized training in EMDR, MARI, GIM, Energy & Chakra Psychology, & am a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) & Reiki Master. I have extensive experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, & relationship issues. I am committed to treating the whole person and empowering clients to make positive changes to reach their goals and to promote healing, personal growth, and wellness. My approach to therapy is holistic, incorporating complementary therapies that address mind, body, and spirit, including psychotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Energy & Chakra Psychology, MARI (the Mandela Assessment & Research Instrument - an art therapy assessment tool), GIM (The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music), Reiki (Reiki Master), Yoga (RYT-500), and Imagery & Visualization.
