If you are a trauma survivor I know that the symptoms can be debilitating, even interfering with your ability to function. Having flashbacks of a traumatic event makes the survivor feel as if he is reliving the horror of the trauma. Through therapy I will help you to heal and get your life back. Being a trauma survivor myself, I believe I have a unique understanding of what you are experiencing. I am here to tell you that healing can be a reality. I offer both traditional and alternative treatments including CBT, Hypnosis, Guided Imagery, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Reiki and Energy Work. I will provide a safe and caring environment for you. Ultimately, the most important factor in therapy is the level of trust that exists between client and therapist. This is the foundation upon which everything rests.
