I have been a clinician for 23 years and have enjoyed working with people of all ages and backgrounds and in many settings. My approach is one of honesty, acceptance and kindness with an different approach for each client. My goal is to help each client feel comfortable and safe to identify the challenges they are having and to then assist them in learning how to address these challenges. My ideal client is one open to new possibilities. I have a great deal of experience working with both youth & adults with ADHD challenges & have helped them realize the gift of having ADHD. I will gladly explain this when I meet you.I also have a great deal of experience with eating disorders, trauma & substance abuse. Healing and recovery is within reach for everyone.
