Throughout life, we experience a variety of highs and lows. Some of our lows can be much more challenging to handle than others. It is my belief that counseling is a process of self-discovery. Through the counseling process you are able to uncover tools to help you become better equipped to handle the unexpected lows that may occur throughout life. A little support can make a tough situation much brighter, and make all the difference for a healthier you. One of my specialties is working with children and adolescents. I have a graduate certificate in play therapy and work with children as young as three. I love working with children and seeing them learn about themselves, as well as gain coping skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.
