By integrating evidence-based practices and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I work to build an active alliance that allows for the discussion of difficult subjects within the first few sessions. Many of those who seek my help are feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, unfulfilled in relationships, struggling with substances, or experiencing identity issues.
