I am a holistic counselor, a believer in the healing forces of nature, an intuitive, and transformational coach. My services are for you if you feel disconnected from your soul / spirit, and instead are allowing trauma, anxiety, worry, unhappiness, grief, and fear control your life. You may feel like you have lost your confidence and often tell yourself that you aren't good enough, don't do enough, and/or are too sensitive. Clients who work with me free themselves from negative emotions and mindset patterns. They report gaining clarity and confidence, feeling happier, and finding peace from past issues. I specialize in holistic modalities including EMDR and EFT (Tapping). These modalities work much quicker than traditional "talk" therapy as they treat both physical AND emotional symptoms. The mind, body, and spirit are all connected, and effective healing requires addressing the "whole" you! Other tools in my toolbox include chakra work, visualization, and mindset shifting.
