I have more than 16 years experience counseling adolescents and adults of all ages, as individuals, couples, and families. My areas of expertise are depression, interpersonal/relationship problems, communication issues, life-stage issues, marital problems, grief and loss, divorce issues, and job stress. I teach parenting skills, effective communication, and anger management in a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment. I will take an active role in treatment to help you find straightforward, real-life solutions to everyday problems.
