Hi, I'm Russ. I recently joined a mental health private practice, Northern Star Counseling, after working in larger agencies. I believe that everyone should have an opportunity for personal wellness; it is my goal to provide you with the tools and techniques needed to achieve wellness. I have a laid-back approach that is often comfortable for clients. I look forward to working together. I have enjoyed serving our nation's veterans on issues related to their service. I have worked with people with developmental disabilities as well as the elderly. I also find work with children and teenagers to be fulfilling. Essentially, I am happiest when I can empower people to improve themselves. As a Wyoming native, I was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and later graduated with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Colorado State University.
