"Positive Changes 4 Women" was created to address the unique NEEDS of WOMEN and GIRLS! I have a passion for working with females. My style of counseling is about finding what works for you. At times therapy can be difficult but it can also be fun. I incorporate creative problem solution techniques, that will allow you to grow and move forward. We will work together to create the changes in your life, so you can become the person you were meant to be. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who is EMDR trained that will challenge and motivate you to look at your life differently. My experience includes working with Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Survivors, Trauma as well as those working through Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem Building, Family Conflicts, Parenting, Bullying and Life Transitions. "I combine training and experience to help Girls, Women and Mothers to create POSITIVE CHANGES in their lives. All that is required is a recognition that something is not working well in your life and the motivation to do something about it.
