Conflicts, roadblocks, and emotions that threaten to drown you or lead to behaviors that de-rail your pursuit of happiness have an up-side. They create pain. Nothing focuses the mind like pain. Pain motivates change. But knowing something needs to change doesn't necessarily mean knowing what to change or how to change it. Whether past or present trauma, troubled relationships, loss, blended family, parenting, or career problems, depression, fear, anxiety, stress, or addiction issues, that's where I come in. As a seasoned counselor, I am trained to challenge, support, guide, empower, and encourage you to uncover and discard old ways of being that hold you back, and to learn and hone new ways of being that move you into the life you envision, desire, and deserve. It's about loving your life. I operate on the principle that: If you think it ... if you feel it ... it's valid. Don't let anyone tell you differently.
