Are you or your child suffering from worry, sadness, or other concerns that you don't know how to deal with? Sometimes you just need a counselor in order to explore where these concerns are coming from and develop new ways to cope, handle or think about situations differently. I counsel adults, adolescents, and children ages 5-12 years old around a variety of concerns. I also work with families to encourage them to communicate more effectively and work through conflicts, as well as develop new ways to manage children's behaviors at home. I work with women that are experiencing life changes and/or family changes. I use cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strengths-based, expressive, and play techniques. I want to help you achieve what you want by providing you with a safe, therapeutic place to talk about anything that may be bothering you. My comfortable and beautiful office overlooks the park in Brunswick. We will work together to create a plan based on your strengths.
