Therapy is a means of assisting clients to resolve issues that they have not been able to satisfactorily handle on their own. Coaching is a process whereby well-functioning people set goals and objectives, and conquer their inner obstacles to achieving them. Both approaches build on your inner strengths. I work with people in my office, or if home bound I will make home visits. Because I am licensed in two states, virtual sessions via Email, telephone or video chats can be arranged where preferable. I also specialize in work with people who hear voices and /or their families.
