Areas of focus may include building coping skills, identifying where you are "stuck" based on past experiences, identifying dysfunctional patterns, learning how to build healthy relationships, or processing old and new traumas. It is painful to live with depression, anxiety, and resentment, lets take the first steps toward creating a new way to live. I specialize in adults with mood disorders, PTSD, military trauma, peer-relationship difficulties, ADHD, and issues of gender or sexual orientation. I have worked in the counseling centers of several universities, as well as geriatric care settings. I also provide Bariatric surgery evaluations. I have a relationship oriented style, that is highly interactive. I also frequently use EMDR in my work with clients.
