As your clinician, I will help you explore through this while helping you see the greatness that exists within you so that you are fully empowered to better yourself. I provide a warm and caring environment to help you make sense of your world as well as the relationships around you - especially the one with yourself. All of this is done in a safe, nonjudgmental space so that you are able to explore and express yourself with ease. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, anger, substance abuse, communication, parenting, work, or relationships, I have the knowledge, skills and the experience to help you heal what hurts and live a more satisfying life. I work individually with teenagers and adults, as well as with couples and families. I incorporate a holistic approach to see if there are underlying issues present that may give us an insight into what may be affecting your mental health. As such, I look at your physical, emotional and spiritual components as well. I look forward to working with you on your journey to an empowered, balanced life.
