I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and a National Register Health Service Psychologist. My approach to therapy is humanistic and focused on the needs of my clients. I work with you as a whole person, understanding you as an individual and not defined by your struggles. I believe that the foundation of a positive therapy experience is developing a strong, trusting, confidential relationship. With this approach, treatment is sensitive to and respectful of the values, culture and beliefs of the client. I work collaboratively with clients to understand current challenges as well as highlight personal strengths. My clinical specialties include working with young adults, the treatment of eating concerns, binge eating and weight loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, health and wellness, personal coaching, and sport performance/mental skills training for sport.
