Everyone is unique, and no one approach is best for everyone. My therapeutic approach is multidisciplinary; based on over 20 years of training and experience. I tailor treatment to the needs of each patient. Adults I see often experience panic, anxiety, depression, or serious mental illness. Some are in crisis at work, or in their relationships. I work to facilitate rapid relief from current symptoms through skills training, behavioral changes and, if necessary, medication referrals. As they improve patients learn about themselves and explore their past. They are supported in gaining new confidence and knowledge, to move forward successfully. Developmental and behavioral problems in children are "Bio-Psycho-Social"; requiring careful attention by an experienced professional willing to collaborate in transferring skills to families. I'm an acknowledged expert in attachment, adoption and sensory processing. My approach is child-centered and family-focused. I provide assessment, consultation and treatment.
