About The Center To provide clinical excellence in the intensive treatment of drug & alcohol addiction in an exclusive, up-scale environment conducive to achieving and sustaining long-term sobriety. Meridian Treatment Solutions, specializes in Dual Diagnosis treatment and Relapse Prevention skills. We provide a comprehensive therapeutic environment where real change happens behavioral change - physical change - personality change and psychic change. PHP Our PHP Night and Weekend Program is structured for independent living, allowing clients to share a home with other sober roommates who collaborate on group decisions such as meal planning and recreational activities. A free day time schedule provides opportunities for clients to remain working at their existing job and to develop sober lifestyles by participating in healthy recovery activities and establishing a sober support system in the community. Treatment takes place in our Clinical Center and our clients live in a safe and secure residence comprised of gender-specific homes staffed by our Resident Managers. During their treatment stay, each patient is assigned a treatment team that includes a physician, nurse, psychologist, primary counselor, case manager, spiritual care counselor, family counselor, dietician, fitness trainer and chemical dependency counselor. This team is responsible for assessing and working with each patient to establish both an individualized plan of care and post-treatment recommendations.
