Are you struggling to manage a conflict, handle daily stressors, or cope with difficult emotions or traumatic memories? Are you the parent of a child with behavioral or emotional difficulties? Are you struggling with the challenges of parenting? If so, I can help you identify the resources you need to manage these problems successfully. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering counseling services to families, couples, and individuals. I have experience working with children and adults of all ages, from varied backgrounds. I am goal oriented, emphasize client strengths, and will support you in identifying your own solutions. I have experience addressing relationship conflicts, behavior problems, parenting difficulties, coping with stressors, grief, or changes, trauma or abuse, depression, and anxiety. I am sensitive to issues of faith and spirituality and am willing to incorporate spirituality into treatment at your request. My office is conveniently located near Interstate 65. Office hours are very flexible, with evening and weekend appointments available. During your first appointment we will complete first session paperwork, review the issues bringing you to counseling, and begin identifying steps to take to move you toward meeting your goals.
