In an age of uncertainty and increasing demands, struggles with anxiety and depression are all too real for many people. For more than 25 years I have had the privilege of helping people through trying times. My approach is supportive, direct, respectful of client strengths, and based on proven treatment approaches. My priority is to create a safe environment where it is possible to obtain clarity, recognize stengths and resiliance, and determine meaningful life directions. I welcome any questions you may have that would help you decide whether I am someone with whom who you can develop trust and confidence. My specialty area is anxiety which includes the treatment of OCD (advanced training), phobias, general anxiety, separation anxiety, and social anxiety. In addition, I treat depression, relationship issues, and people facing various life transitions. I enjoy working with couples and families. Qualifications: Received honors for obtaining consistent superior clinical outcomes during a four year study by a national behavioral health corporation Qualified as Diplomat in Clinical Social Work Over 25 years of clinical experience Over fifteen years of experience as a consultant and supervisor of mental health clinicians
