NEW CLIENTS NOW WELCOME! While navigating life's roads, I was fortunate enough to find my calling: helping others transform their lives through mental health counseling. Having experienced the family court system at a young age, working with children is a passion that is close to my heart. In session, I use humor and authenticity to help you understand who you are in order to help you become the best version of yourself. I regularly participate in education classes within the field in order to stay up to date on the latest theories and practices. With couples therapy, I focus on improving communication skills to develop a foundation built on trust and honesty. With individual therapy, I focus on addressing the underling issues that cause conflicts such as depression, anxiety, and diminished self-esteem. I have worked with addiction, grief and loss, autism, anxiety, children, teens, the elderly, and much more. From hour to hour the needs of my clients change and I welcome the diversity.
