I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Idaho with over nine years of counseling experience. I provide individual counseling to adults, teens, and to children 10 years old and older. I also provide counseling to couples and families. I use a person-centered approach to fully understand what my clients are experiencing and use additional counseling approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to assist them in discovering healthier ways to cope or think about a problem. One of the most important predictors for a successful counseling experience is to find a counselor who is the right fit for you. I can provide a free 15 minute consultation if you would like to meet with me to see if we are a good fit. I take most insurances and can also provide a sliding fee scale for those without insurance.
