I believe that people need other people. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment when it is needed the most. Therapy can provide a beneficial setting to those who are struggling, suffering or need a place to talk. Together, my clients and I work to address difficulties and find ways to achieve a healthier future. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, who has had experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. Issues addressed include Depression, Anxiety, Family Difficulties, Emotion Regulation, Relationships, and Adjustment Disorders. I most commonly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. However, each person is matched with techniques best suited to their needs. Individual, Family and Couple Therapy is available through outpatient services. In therapy, I work to respect all people, lifestyles, and beliefs.
