I provide counseling to adults whose lives are regularly and negatively impacted by depression, anxiety, grief/loss, high stress levels, panic attacks, and family/marital conflict. I counsel individuals and couples. Obstacles in life and in relationships often seem insurmountable due to lack of insight. I see my role as a therapist to help a client gain awareness and insight in order to remove those obstacles for improved quality of life. It takes courage to seek help when we need it. Let me guide you toward getting your life and your plans back on track. I have available appointments on weekdays, including evening appointments until 6:00 p.m. (Tuesday & Thursday). I also have available appointments on Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. I have 13 years of experience working with and counseling Veterans and their family members.
