I, as a therapist seek to help persons on their journey, not matter what has happened on their path,, to find meaning in life, to find their resilient self, and lead a balanced and productive life. As a result of 30 years in the helping profession in juvenile justice settings, school and clinical settings, I find myself with a variety of skills to help children, adolescents, and adults find their path towards resiliency. In addition I have raised three children into well balanced adults as a single mom. I think what makes my practice unique is that I bring a broad range of skills in crisis, trauma, and helping folks recover from PTSD.
