Career counseling may sound like a new theory, but over a hundred years ago vocational counseling was the introduction to the concept of traditional therapy. Everyone has the personal obligation to choose a career; this can be an overwhelming and strenuous decision. But how do you know a particular job is right for you? Is there a profession suited to your personality and interests? The answer is Yes, and as a Certified Administrator of the worlds most widely used personality assessment, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), we'll chart a course of action for choosing and executing a career. High school students, college students and adults interested in a career change are ideal candidates for career coaching.
