I consider it an honor to walk with my clients through the difficulties they face. I strive to provide a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients as they work toward healing and wholeness. My practice focuses on relationship issues, sexual dysfunctions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family of origin issues, and life transitions. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have a specialization in Christian Sex Therapy, and enjoy working with individuals and couples to enhance healthy sexuality and diminish relational distress. My specialization focuses on topics including low sexual desire, painful sex, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, sexual trauma and abuse, and sex after childbirth and menopause. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and can provide Couples/Marital Assessments based on the research and work of Dr. John Gottman. I also enjoy working with engaged couples and am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH counselor.
