Making that first contact with a therapist takes a lot of courage. My goal is to ease that process for you to form a strong connection. I want to help you find the motivation for changes that are going to work for your life. I am a proponent of healthy choices toward a balanced lifestyle. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor through the State of Indiana. I have an extensive background with all types of addictive behaviors. I have had training in Imago therapy which is a type of theory and practice for couples therapy. I subsequently pursued certification in sex therapy.
