You wish things were different. You may be feeling fed up or overwhelmed. Life seems joyless; everything is rote. You may be encountering endless obstacles in your creative pursuits. You procrastinate, feeling clueless about becoming satisfied with life. Anxiety is a constant companion. You may feel hurt or misunderstood. You want better relationships but are struggling to connect. Psychotherapy is a good place for you to begin having a better relationship with yourself. I will be your mentor on your inner journey which can be stormy but worthwhile as you find strength, clarity and a better sense of self. I have trained at Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto, the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Los Angeles, and had a long mentorship with an esteemed Gestalt therapist. I am published internationally ; have taught therapists in the U.S. and Canada. I served on the Montana Board of Social Work Examiners and Counselors for eight years. I am conversational in French.
