Welcome to change! Change can be hard. It can be scary. But with help you can face and build on the challenges that are creating barriers in your life, allowing for greater happiness and connection. You can make change that is exciting and integral to your life goals. In a relaxed setting where humor is valued, we will work together to address acute problems, to resolve past injuries and to envision and enact possibilities for a better future based on your core beliefs and values. Initial 1/2 hr. consultation is free. My particular interests are in helping individuals who struggle with depression and anxiety and couples who are trying to begin, save or dissolve their partnerships. I have training in individual and marriage and family therapy, pre-marital counseling, and divorce mediation. I have practiced and taught meditation/mindfulness for over two decades. I enjoy working with clients who want to integrate their therapy with serious spiritual practice. I have a special interest in helping women and men who have suffered clergy abuse in both Eastern and Western religious traditions.
