I have more than 8 years of therapy experience and we draw on and practice skills that best suit your needs to help you and your family become the most successful you can be. My therapy practices include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, trauma informed therapy and taking into account the strengths and uniqueness of the individual and family. I have extensive practice with play therapy with children, and identifying feelings, incorporating coping skills and regulation strategies with youth and families. Use of play, art, sensory needs and movement are used during the session no matter the age to incorporate stress relief and meet needs for self-care. I believe that people are happiest when they know positive ways to get their needs met; I will help you meet your goals!
