Hello, I'm Annise. It can be difficult, but rewarding to risk making changes for a better life, even if you don't have all of the answers. I'd love to support you in this journey, and help you add new skills to your tool bag. I work with adults, children, teens, couples, families and employees to move beyond struggles to a place of healing and growth. I treat patients with depression, anxiety, anger, grief, work stress, obsessive-compulsive and destructive behaviors, parenting problems, PTSD, and relationship issues to name a few. I have over 15 years of experience in counseling, working in inpatient and outpatient settings. Although I treat patients with a variety of issues, my specialty is in working with victims of sexual abuse and other types of trauma.
