My goal is to help you find peace in your life circumstances. I will work alongside you to explore issues, thoughts, habits, and behaviors causing the anxiety and depression that keeps you from the happiness of knowing God's love and His purpose for you. My passion is to combine my education and life experience to help you with your life and relationship issues. We all have a story, but some chapters of our story can leave us struggling and feeling broken and unloved. Let me help you find some answers to these parts of your life journey. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, past abuse issues, and relationship issues for men and women - individually and couples. I also do the Prepare-Enrich Pre-marital program. Board Certified Christian/Pastoral Counselor(Under supervision with LMHC, LMFT). My practice involves a desire for clients to really find the answers they seek by providing a safe and affordable opportunity to experience God's grace, and forgiveness. You can then move forward in a real way that will positively affect your daily life.
