I will help you keep moving forward even if challenges feel overwhelming. I will help bring illumination to the neglected, parts of yourself. In the process of self-growth and healing it's natural to feel stuck and uncertain. We will work together to access your inner strength, and wisdom so you may move through the obstacles in your path and begin discovering new, more satisfying ways of living. I enjoy working with clients facing a variety of issues including: new mothers struggling with perfectionism or 'Super Mom Syndrome', individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and clients looking to deepen their sense of meaning in life.
