In a warm and supportive atmoshere, I counsel adults, couples, adolescents and children (8+). It is my great joy to empower people to find solutions to their problems and relieve suffering. Clients gain confidence and lasting skills to deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, adjustment and relationship issues. EMDR is frequently used to reduce the effects of trauma. Lasting effects are gained, often quite rapidly, as causes of issues are addressed and innate strengths are enhanced. I believe in the highest potential of each individual. I truely admire the indomitable human spirit that is able to grow from and overcome even the greatest obstacles. It is a priviledge to assist in this process.
