I work with individuals (children, teens & adults), couples, and families dealing with self-harm, infidelity, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and many more individual and relational issues. Therapy is a place for exploration and self-discovery. Couples' therapy provides a safe space for partners to explore needs, expectations, thoughts and feelings and learn to interact in ways that are mutually satisfying. My goal for all of my clients is to increase self-compassion and self-awareness, and ultimately to give them the tools to cope effectively with life's challenges long after therapy has concluded. Therapy is a collaborative process, and establishing an environment where my clients feel safe, valued, and understood is absolutely essential to my practice. My goal is not necessarily to change the way you see the world, but to broaden your perspective in a way that allows for growth and change. Choosing the right therapist is an important first step in the therapeutic process. Change is not easy, and I am honored that you are considering me to embark on this journey with you.
