My passion is to help you understand yourself better so you can live a more fulfilled life. We are all trying to navigate through this journey of life with vitality, connection and a sense of peace. I want therapy to be about discovering your strengths, building new skills to help navigate challenges and learning more effective ways to communicate. I am an active partner in your journey. You will not travel this road alone. My goal is to partner with you in exploring and understanding obstacles that are getting in the way of living life more fully and help you cultivate a greater sense of self-acceptance and self-compassion. I do this by creating a space of warmth and safety and use a variety of "evidenced based" modalities. I am currently accepting new clients in the Las Vegas area for sessions in the evening and on Saturdays.
