With over 35 years of experience, the Chief Intervention Specialists and paraprofessional facilitators for the RAISE UP Initiative specialize in working with children, youth and young adults who have experienced behavioral adjustment difficulties both in school and the community. We work with the family to develop plans that are specifically suited to their child using cognitive based psycho-social interventions. In our practice, we have a combined total of 38 years working with youth who demonstrate behavioral adjustment issues in school or home or who may have an IEP or 504 plan. Innovative Focus, is sponsoring the RAISE UP Initiative to increase the number of youth who experience success in school and in the community and decrease the number of youth who live with untreated behavioral and mental health disorders through individual and group psycho-educational interventions and parenting modification strategies. For over 35 years, we have helped youth and their families overcome behavioral difficulties that prevent them from completing their education, obtaining and maintaining employment, having successful interpersonal relationships to help them avoid a life of stagnation and/or interaction with the criminal justice system.
