I want to share with you all I have learned, my skills, and abilities, to help you achieve your dreams and live the life that you want. I believe you can be happy and that our emotions are our natural compass, directing us to our happiness. However, sometimes, in our journey we pick up debris which smudges that compass temporarily, and we feel lost. That's when we need direction. I am sure, that together, we can find your direction again and put you back on your journey to happiness and bliss! :) Phone sessions available. I have worked for over ten years with families, in various settings. Those include my private practice, Foster Care, PINS Diversion, Teen Parenting, Protective Services and as a College Professor! The issues are multifacted and the solutions customizable to the individual's and family's needs and preferences. I draw knowledge and skills from different sources in order to provide the best services possible. Those include but are not limited to: education and profession, certifications in alternative and complimentary healing methods, spirituality, and cultural competence. Therefore, I can provide a strict professional service or a Life Coach approach.
