Resolution Focused Treatment Our Specialized Focus is Somatic Psychology. We are highly recommended for working with couples, individuals and groups who are stressed. We work together as a team on creating clear boundaries, working on unconscious motivators and are goal is to not keep you in therapy for a long time. We aim to be short term and resolution focused. In addition to individual and coupes counseling we also offer more in depth specialized work due to abuse, neglect, abandonment, trauma, anxiety, panic and uncontrollable actions with our IBSR One and Done - treatment model, or our 1-3 sessions of our EMDR-IBSR Hybrid approach to treatment. One Tool to Treat Them All IBSR and our EMDR-IBSR Hybrid treats individuals suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, depression, stress disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, phobias, domestic/sexual abuse, addiction and much more. Our therapeutic treatments are also approved for use with couples, children, adults and the elderly. Sessions can be conducted in person at our office in Wheeling/or during treatment method trainings, online and over the phone for individuals, couples and groups Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST. Rates & Contact Information During your initial complimentary phone intake, we will cover a treatment plan that fits your specific needs. We will also discuss insurance options and rates for individual, couple or group sessions. Please check your health insurance plan carefully for your mental health coverage, deductibles, allowed sessions per year, allowed session cost, and required physicians approvals.
