Do you feel emotionally in crisis? Struggling with your relationships? Troubled by your teen's behavioral problems? These are some of the issues I specialize in. I also help patients with depression, anxiety, anger issues, gambling addiction, PTSD and sex addiction.Together, we will journey down the road of exploring the roots of your current issues. The atmosphere I will create with you is based on comfort, honesty, and guidance so you can make some of the changes necessary to deal with many of the significant issues that have brought you here in the first place. I have years of experience assisting people with their addiction. I will help you understand the science of the addiction, both in the body and the mind. Once you understand the addiction process you will have a greater chance of building the sobriety you seek, one day at a time. I bring a challenging, yet empathic, supportive, and safe approach to therapy. If you are seeking to alleviate emotional distress, make behavior changes or seeking greater self understanding/exploration I can help. I have office hours that can accommodate most scheduling needs.
