At Southworth Associates International, we will do everything in our power to help dependent individuals, their families, colleagues and friends to treat the disease of addiction and mental health disorders. We emphasize early identification, intervention, referral for treatment and monitoring. By providing exemplary consulting, education, and recovery services in a proactive manner ultimately allowing individuals, families, colleagues, and friends the opportunity to live a rewarding life. Interventions At Southworth Associates, an intervention is facilitated by an experienced, skilled interventionist in a gentle and caring manner. Our interventionists blend the best elements of three models of intervention: the ARISE model, the JOHNSON model and the SYSTEMIC model. Southworth Associates' firm, but compassionate, and non-adversarial intervention style helps raise the bottom for the addict to assist them to treatment. At the same time, our interventionists masterfully foster collaboration between the family and the individual without the crippling guilt and blame that often prevents people from seeking help. Our interventionists help everyone stay focused on the hope for recovery that treatment brings. By collaborating together as a group and focusing on the hope for recovery as a group, free from the normal guilt and shame associated with addictions, a Southworth Associates intervention is as much a healing event for the group as it is the individual. Southworth Associates will provide professional recommendations for everyone affected by the disease of addiction and will work to serve the groups recovery needs. Case Management Level I and Level II The Level I program is designed to be an extension of residential treatment. The Level II program is designed to support and guide families during the first 12 months of recovery. This program includes the contract components of our Level I program. In addition, our participants, along with their family members, engage in a 12-month interactive online recovery program that is exclusive to Southworth Associates. Our Level II program can also provide customized referrals for clients and their families throughout the recovery process, assist in the transition between residential treatment and other levels of care (sober living, IOP, etc.), provide budget and money management assistance and the participant and their families have 24/7 access to John Southworth.
